I use this word quite a bit to get across the idea (and reality) of what we have to get Unified in our work and lives to embody the definition of "a state of being forming a complex whole".
A Complex Whole - that is what every human being is, and then we add the context of working in the Sales Profession, and what I see missing, in every failure to launch a career or achieve any kind of sustainable success, is a lack of Unity.
We live in a Limited Domain, what we know and what we can see - it is reality, and it is Finite.
There is also a Boundless Domain that exists, possibility of what we can achieve with Effort and Skill development. It is Infinite.
The Unity is the merging of Reality and Possibility while embracing the Effort required.
Unity is where we access the next level- whatever that means for ourselves.
