Reality is still Undefeated.

No matter how badly we want something to be a certain way - there is always the hard reality of the situation - and seeing this clearly - sooner than later - is a great skill to develop.

The problem isn't Reality - the problem is when we view it from our past experiences and old, outdated perspective. We have to consistently edit and upgrade our mental models of ourselves and the world.

It has changed, slightly or tremendously, in the time it has taken to read this message.

I sent a video email yesterday (Loom) and it sent along a description to the recipient written by AI - I had no idea it was occurring - and it was incredibly accurate.

Reality is constantly changing - and holding on to the past doesn't help us move forward to the future.

The only thing we really control are our EFFORTS - and our EFFORTS create our Reality.
