I saw this image in a window of a store in Spain.


Two grown men, chefs by the look, adoringly considering the creation of a cookie. Being ALL IN - and ALL IN on a cookie.


A cookie doesn't seem very important at first thought.


But of course it is. If you are looking for clients to buy your products or services, then someone, somewhere, better be ALL IN on the creation and delivery of them.


Do everyone a favor (yourself most of all), be ALL IN or be ALL OUT.


It's always obvious which one it is and the only person you can fool is yourself.


In this era of online EVERYTHING - ALL IN becomes a huge differentiator.


All Work Matters, but only if you Believe it and Embody it.


Authenticity is a Superpower.


Be authentically ALL IN.
