The opposite of Love isn't Hate, it's apathy.

Apathy is a lack of interest or enthusiasm or concern.

Apathy is the enemy to Improvement.

Loving every aspect of our Personal and Professional lives at all times is never possible, that isn't how the world works, there is always something to work on. Staying engaged in the Growth Process is the key element of navigating the bumpy road to Better.

There are always many things in our lives to distract and upset us, and it is always an easy default to say "I don't care."

Caring, like anything worthwhile, requires Effort. It is also a very powerful Professional and Personal advantage.
