Code RED

A Code Red in a hospital signals an emergency and alerts staff to take immediate action.
The same is true in our own lives and is usually triggered by a change that needs to occur.
This is as true today as it was decades ago when advised by Tony Robbins to create positive change in our lives:
Raise your standards.
Eliminate self-limiting beliefs.
Develop a better strategy.
It all starts with setting high standards for ourselves; no one will or can do it for us, and no one will come to our rescue.
The other critical component is taking action. We can't think our way into any change we hope to make;
it takes immediate and "massive" action.
And that takes Effort.
