If you think back on any significant accomplishment in your life that you are proud of, most likely it took a lot of Effort - and it wasn't easy. It was hard.
It's the hard things in our lives that made us who we are - and when we forget that, and spend all our time and efforts looking to achieve ease and leisure - we are actually robbing ourselves of the fuel we need to continue to grow and develop.
Ease becomes a disease.
Anything worthwhile requires effort - so what happens when we avoid anything hard?
Or even worse - we make sure our kids never have to deal with difficulties?
Look around - this is what happens. A lack of Physical and Mental Well Being.
Easy isn't the answer - to any question worth answering.
Very well said.
