The problem with formal Education is its passive approach to Learning. Read, Study and take tests.

In Reality - we all learn best by Doing. Taking Action in spite of Knowledge, is exactly how we gain critical Knowledge.

As a result of this reality, there has been no correlation established between grades in school and Performance on the job.

Knowing is Doing.

The Problem arises when we Know what to Do, and we just Don't do it.

The Knowing/Doing Gap is a greater challenge than the Gap between Ignorance/Knowing.

Like most things in Life, no one can fix it - except You.
