Faith

The most significant upside of having Faith is that it provides clarity.

We can confidently move forward when we believe in what we are doing and that our efforts are worthwhile.

If we think that what we are doing (sales) doesn't matter, then we certainly don't have a clear focus on how we can be better. So, we stay the same, and entropy ensues.

Any work that provides any measure of improvement in another's life is meaningful. If we don't take it seriously, who will?

We only really notice salespeople two times, when they are really bad or really good.

It's faith and clarity that make that determination.
