TAX

There is another type of Tax besides the monetary one we all know so well.
"Tax" also means "a strain or heavy burden", and this is the Tax we put upon our customers and prospects when we aren't aware of avoiding them.
Taxes to eliminate:
Choice. Too many choices usually mean no decision. There have been many studies using free samples in grocery stores - and fewer options resulted in more sales. Good questions and active listening skills should naturally eliminate multiple options.
Trust. This is a big one - the three biggest losses we can encounter are loss of Life, Loss of Love and Loss of Trust. Personal Values (like Integrity and Accountability) can negate this problem from your

end, which is all you can control.
Organization. Stupid rules that put a burden on the customer, either arbitrary or convenient for company - not client. Like not seating party at a restaurant because someone is parking the car, and everyone isn't present. (Every company has at least one). Identify them and mercilessly terminate them.
All Taxes are influenced somewhat by perspective, one of my lawyer friends always says her goal is to pay tax on a million dollars.
Be certain your customers perspectives are considered.
