Character

The official definition of character is "the mental and moral qualities distinctive to an individual."

Mental and moral qualities are developed over time. The more we learn, the more we understand that there is always another level.

This is a critical element in all lives, especially for salespeople, because no one believes they exist.

How we do our work and care for the physical, mental, spiritual, relational, and financial aspects of our lives, coupled with perseverance, accountability, diligence, discipline, and integrity, all form our character.

Not in a week, a month, or a year, but hard forged continually in our ongoing efforts to develop and grow our distinctive individuality.
