Courage

Courage isn't usually a word you hear associated with the sales profession.


It should be.


Courage and Effort are two sides of the same coin.


The Courage to act and persist despite fear, uncertainty, or the risk of rejection.


Cold calling, asking for the sale, handling objections, and navigating difficult circumstances and truth, all require more Effort and Courage than most are willing to give.


It starts with the Courage to look in the mirror and honestly assess where change and improvement need to occur. Wherever you are, there is another level to attain, and it will require a different mindset, learning, understanding, and action.
