I'm advocating for a new era of sales effort, one on which the entire sales process is based on Values.


Perserverance.

Accountability.

Diligence.

Discipline.

Integrity.


Wherever we fall on the spectrum for each of those - is where we are "now" - believe me, there is another level.


Diligence, which is a caring, focused, consistent effort, is what is going to allow us to view these as skills to develop, and to not think about, or practice them, "sometimes".


Something only becomes True for us when we have experienced it.


Diligence gives that a chance to happen.
