TOUGH

I was speaking with a friend recently, and we were acknowledging that it is currently a VERY tough time in the sales arena - so I wrote to him:


"Tough Times don't last - Tough (Sales) People do."


And though factual - what does it mean to be "Tough" as a salesperson?
