I AM A STAR

I actually mean this literally.

I've learned a couple of things about Stars recently that I find fascinating.

First of all - Stars created almost every energy element in the Universe - including most of the atoms in our bodies - we are made of Stardust.

Secondly - they Exist while there is a balance between an Outward Push of Energy and an Inward Press of Gravity. A Star dies when it runs out of fuel and this balancing act ends.

Like us Human Beings , we Exist with our Outward Push of Energy (EFFORTS) to balance the Inward Press of Gravity ( LIFE) - and both are the critical dynamic of our Existence.

We know the Inward Press is always going to be there - the only questions is how are we directing our Outward Push? Daily.

So - I am a Star.
